It outlines the criteria and standards we adhere to for ad placements, that you the advertiser must follow, ensuring alignment with our channel’s ethos and our viewers’ interests.
1. Alignment with Channel Values
All advertisements must align with the values and themes of Ceadd Productions. We prioritize ads relevant to our content and audience, ensuring they are appropriate, useful, and inoffensive.
2. Transparency in Ad Placement
We commit to transparency in our advertising practices. Viewers will be clearly informed when content includes paid advertisements, ensuring distinction between our editorial content and ad placements.
3. Ethical Advertising Standards
We adhere to strict ethical standards in advertising. We will not accept advertisements that are misleading, discriminatory, or promote unethical practices. Examples of advertisement not suitable for our platform include: political topics, crypto currency, weapons, gambling, unproven or fraudulent health products, hate speech or discriminatory messages against any group, adult content or explicit material not suitable for all audiences and unregulated or high-risk financial schemes like Ponzi schemes.

5. Compliance with Legal and Platform Guidelines

Advertisers must provide scripts or detailed talking points for any sponsored segments. These will be subject to Ceadd Productions approval to ensure consistency with our channel’s voice and quality standards.
10. Payments
All payments for ad placements must be made upfront. Advertisers are required to settle their accounts before the advertisement is scheduled to run.
11. Refunds
Ceadd Productions, Ceadd L operates a strict no-refund policy. Once an ad has been agreed upon and payment has been made, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, ad performance or cancellation.
12. Copyright Compliance and Indemnification Policy
Advertisers must ensure their content complies with all copyright laws. They agree to indemnify Ceadd Productions, Ceadd L and Ceadd Productions employees against any infringement claims. Additionally, once a video is published, Advertisers cannot demand its removal, protecting Ceadd Productions, Ceadd L and Ceadd Productions employees from retrospective content claims.
